Returns & refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. You may return any unopened, sealed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this window to 30 days.

How to return an item

1. Email support@arcadiacards.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will reply within one working day with a returns address and reference.
3. Send the item back in its original, unopened condition using a tracked service.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, and normally within 3 working days. Original standard delivery charges are refunded on full order cancellations.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will cover the return postage and send a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exclusions

Sealed trading card products that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty, because the contents are randomised and the value of the product depends on it remaining sealed.
