Delivery & shipping

Arcadia Cards Ltd ships to addresses in the United Kingdom only. All orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in London.

Delivery options and costs

• Standard tracked delivery — £3.95, arriving in 2–3 working days.
• Free standard tracked delivery on all orders over £50.00.
• Express next working day delivery — £6.95, for orders placed before 2pm.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delays and lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at support@arcadiacards.shop and we will open an investigation with the courier and replace or refund your order.
