These terms govern your use of Arcadia Cards and any purchase you make from us. Arcadia Cards Ltd trades from 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse an order where an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken in full before dispatch.

Products

All products sold are new, sealed and officially licensed. Product images are representative; specific cards inside sealed products are randomised and are not guaranteed. Trading card products are not suitable for children under 3 years.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
