Yes. Every unit is sourced through authorised The Pokémon Company distribution in the UK and EU, and arrives brand new in its original factory seal. We never open, weigh, reseal or repackage sealed product.

Which language and region is this product?

Unless the title states otherwise, this is the English-language United Kingdom / European release. Any Japanese or other-language printing is always named directly in the product title.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave our London warehouse the same day. Standard tracked delivery and express next-day delivery are both free on every order.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened, still-sealed item for a full refund. Opened sealed product can only be returned if it arrived damaged or incorrect.

No. Contents are random and set by the manufacturer, so we cannot promise any particular card, hit or pull rate. We sell the sealed product exactly as it leaves the publisher.
